I had a question and wasn’t sure if I was even asking the right thing, but they got back to me quickly and helped me figure it out. Maybe it was a simple issue, I don’t know, but they made the whole thing feel easy

I ordered a pair of sunglasses from otticanet to Germany and they arrived without any issues. The tracking updates worked most of the time, and the package was packed properly. Delivery took a few days longer than I was expecting, but nothing too unusual for international shipping. I did contact customer service once and they got back to me. Overall, it was a decent experience. Not the fastest, but reliable enough that I’d probably order again.
